B&B Roofing, Inc. has been providing service for Chillicothe, Ohio and the surrounding South Central area in commercial, residential and industrial roofing and sheet metal business since 1982.
We provide sloped roofing, gutters, downspouts, inspections, installations, flat roofs, chimney flashing, skylights, sheet metal fabrication and service & maintenance for residential home owners and commercial businesses.
We specialize in single-ply systems and are approved applicators of all the major brands: Manville, GAF, Durolast and Carlisle. We are also an approved applicator in two Built-up and modified roofing systems: Manville and GAF. B & B Roofing is also approved to install metal standing seam roof systems by DMI, Metal Panel Systems, MBCI, Metal Sales, Fabral, Higgins, and a list of others.
B & B Roofing also owns and utilizes 5″ and 6″ continuous gutter machines. Our complete sheet metal fabrication shop is well equipped for the manufacturing of flashing, gutters, coping, and standing seam roofing. This is just a few of our many capabilities.
James R. Butt founded B&B Roofing in 1982, and has been the President since its incorporation in January, 1997. We have been at our present location at the corner of South Bridge Street and Cooks Hill Road since 2000. Our 9,000 S.F. facility consists of the sheet metal fabrication shop, large showroom, offices and a large parking lot. Our facility also includes a 1,500 S.F. storage building.

INTRODUCING OUR STAFF
James Butt (President) is the founder and present owner of the business organized in 1982. James has been in the roofing business since 1973. He has a Business Management Degree from Ohio University.
Joe Zupi (Vice-President) is our commercial project estimator and job coordinator. Joe has in the roofing business since 1981 and with the company since 1985. He has been at his present position since 1989, and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Ohio University.
Dan Dudzinski (Secretary-Treasurer) is a commercial project coordinator and field liason. He has been with our company since 2019 and had Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from Otterbein University.
Tom Martin is one of our on-site job foremen. Tom is fully qualified in all systems and has been with our company since 1997. He has been in the roofing business since 1978, and specializes in metal roofing and flashing installations.
Sam Fyffe is one of our on-site job foremen. Sam has been with our company since 2002. Sam oversees all of the commercial membrane roof installation projects. He started roofing at the Mead Corporation in 1990 and became a foreman in 1995.
Pamela Penrod is our office manager. Pam has been with our company since February 2013.
Jerry Bennett is our residential estimator and he has been with the company since 2002. He is also a retired school teacher that works on a part-time basis for the company.
